The RS-100-8 (marked RS-100(8)) is a 4-inch (100 mm) octagonal high-speed-steel (HSS) rotary blade — a generic aftermarket replacement cutting knife for 4-inch handheld rotary cloth cutters. The eight-sided blade profile is engineered to shear cleanly through stacked fabric plies, and the hardened HSS steel holds a sharp edge far longer than standard carbon-steel blades, resisting the heat build-up that dulls lesser knives on long production runs.
This is a direct drop-in replacement blade: the center mounting hole with its four-notch drive pattern and two locating pin holes matches the standard 4-inch handheld cutter mount, so it seats and locks without modification.
